The SCOTUS Args app provides the oral arguments recorded and made available on the web site of the Supreme Court of the United States. The oral arguments are included as the Supreme Court makes them available, currently from the 2010 term to the present.
Where opinions are available, they are also included. The search results on the ABA web site for each case are available through the browser. The briefs for each case are generally available from these search results. Briefs may be included directly in a future version.
SCOTUS Args is is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the Supreme Court in any way. The use of the seal of the Supreme Court is simply meant to convey the content made available through the app.
